A new company, an old family trade

C&N Logistics Inc is family-owned and women-owned, started by people who grew up around trucking rather than discovering it from a spreadsheet.

We launched independently in May 2026, carrying forward two decades of family experience in the industry that stretches back to the 2000s. The goal was simple: build our own carrier, run it on hard work and straight dealing, and use modern tools to do it better than the way it used to be done.

We share history with other family ventures in transportation, but C&N Logistics Incstands on its own — its own name, its own operations, its own relationships with drivers and shippers.

Call it a legacy business with a clean sheet of paper.

How we got here

The family's time in trucking goes back to the 2000s. In 2026, the next generation set out on its own, standing up C&N Logistics Inc as an independent carrier with its own identity from the ground up.

We're building forward on what that experience taught us, but the company, the decisions and the direction are entirely our own.

What a normal week looks like

We run full truckload dry van, nationwide, with orientation held at our Lemont, IL yard, roughly thirty minutes southwest of Chicago.

Driver-first isn't a slogan we picked for the recruiting page — it's a requirement when your fleet is this size. Losing drivers to a competitor over an unassigned truck or a settlement that's late is expensive, so we treat those things as operations, not marketing.

The freight we run

Full truckload dry van, mostly drop-and-hook — our drivers aren't loading or unloading freight by hand. For shippers, that translates into dependable nationwide capacity backed by a late-model fleet.
